A Visit To La Bicicletta Vintage Bike Shop In Bourg ‘d Oisans, France

We all love new bikes, the latest models and seemingly endless examples of the incorporation of cutting-edge technology into our sport. But it’s also wonderful to keep connected to the roots of the sport, and look back at where it all began.

In France for the 2017 edition of Le Tour, we took a trip to the Alpe d’Huez region and found an amazing old bike shop in the town of Bourg d’Oisans.

Meet Laurent, a passionate velophile from way back. He lives and breathes the sport and loves nothing more than showing off his collection of classic racing bikes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
